Mail server issue [resolved]

Our registration code system was down due to mail server failure from 1300 PDT on 24 March-0100 26 March 2008.

ALL Registrations and Unlock Codes will NOT be available until the site is back online.

Update: 01:00 3/26/08 - Mail server has been restored - all registration codes will be processed. We sincerely apologize for the outages over the past 2 days.

Unscheduled outage [resolved]

Our websites were inaccesible due to a ISP issue from 1300 PDT on 24 March-25 March 2008.

Affected websites include:

http://www.ramaraksha.com/
http://www.phataks.com/

We are currently working on the issue with our service provider and will post additional information here shortly.

Update: 13:00 3/25/08 The webservers are online and the sites are accessible at this time.

MySQL Database Failure [resolved]

A database failure caused a partial outage of the following sites:

http://www.internal-med.org/ - blog and registration code failure
http://www.ramaraksha.com/ - complete outage
http://www.phataks.com/ - outage of blogs

The database failure lasted from 1500 PDT to 2030 PDT - a 5:30 hrs unexpected downtime.
All systems are currently operational. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Servers Undergoing Maintenance [resolved]

Our servers are offline for monthly maintenance from 1300 to 15:00 PDT (GMT-7) on 15 March 2008

ALL Registrations and Unlock Codes will NOT be available until the site is back online. We apologize for any inconvenience. Prior uptime was: 79 days 22 hrs.

UPDATE: All systems are back online as of 1500. Total downtime was 2 hrs.

Scheduled Downtime [resolved]

A scheduled downtime will occur for the following websites on March 11, 2008 between 9PM and 3 AM PST.
