Server Upgrade in process [severe][resolved]

Our server was offline for a major upgrade and maintenance from 1200 (GMT-8) on 29 Nov until 10300 (GMT-8) on 30 Nov 2008. Affected websites include:

Intermittent outages may have also occurred on 28 Nov 2008. Registrations and Unlock Codes will NOT be available until the site is back online.

Update: This issue is resolved now. Downtime was almost 23 hrs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
